Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Jack Sinnott! I'm currently a NCAA division III colligate cross country and track athlete at Nebraska Wesleyan university, but I wasn't always that athletic. When I was younger, I wasn't exactly out of shape, but I was nowhere near my athletic and fitness goals. It all started in middle school. I wanted to improve my fitness in soccer, so I joined the track team. I'll be honest that time of my life was really hard, because I was extremely exhausted. I would go from school, to track practice, then to soccer practice, dinner, homework, then I'd go to sleep, and go at it again tomorrow. In the beginning I wasn't seeing many results. I was still one of the slower people in my events. Part of me wanted to give up and quit, but I knew with time I'll see results, and in time I did. I eventually became one of the best in the mile and 400, and at the end of the year I ended up winning the mile school competition. From there I've only improved my athletics and fitness to get to where I am today.

My goal with this is to teach you what I've learned over the years as an athlete and someone who loves staying fit. I know at first starting your fitness journey will be hard (speaking from experience) but speaking from a guy who had to work for his fitness and athleticism; I have no regrets. If you feel it's time, and that you've waited long enough to achieve your fitness goals. Wait no longer and join the fitness fanatic community!
